The Self Esteem Through Art programs are healing people. These programs are giving people permission to lose themselves in art, while simultaneously finding themselves again. The classes allow kids to tap into their natural curiosity and creativity that, unfortunately, gets bottled up far too soon. Beauty, kindness, messiness, and introspection are highly encouraged. These sessions give children and adults, men and women, introverts and extroverts the ability to brush the dust mites off their psyches and really get in tune with their authentic selves. People of all walks of life come to me with a deep-seated need to rediscover something about themselves. By the time they leave, they feel reconnected to their passions and more energized than they have in quite some time. My purpose is to take people on a deeply personal, spiritual, and artistic journey where they are free to be themselves in the context of creativity and joy.
