Improv Asylum

Improv Asylum is a comedy theater located in the heart of the North End that features improvisation and sketch comedy shows six days a week. Improv Asylum’s signature shows have been described as Whose Line is it Anyway? meets Saturday Night Live! Improv Asylum is within short walking distance from Faneuil Hall and is easily accessible via public transportation. Improv Asylum’s theater is a smoke-free establishment with no minimum drink requirement. Find out why we’re “The Funniest Show you’ll Ever Be a Part Of!” TM. For show information or to order tickets, call the Improv Asylum box office at 617-263-NUTS (6887). There is a $3 convenience fee per ticket for on all online and phone orders. Improv Asylum show sell out and advance ticket sales are HIGHLY recommended.

Event Rating (4.0 Stars): Improv Asylum now has matinee shows at 4pm on Saturday and Sundays. Afternoon Delight is a hilarious fully-improvised, two-act show that’ll leave you wanting more. Actors from our main stage cast join alumni and NXT company actors to create an audience-interactive experience that’s different every time.

      I have been a few times and it's never quite the same show twice. Really funny, highly recommended! Just checked out the "You're a Good Man, Scott Brown" show and it was great as well. It reminded me how much I love their regular sketch comedy and improv shows. A great place to take a date as well, not that expensive and you can always enjoy a laugh and a drink! Collapse
