    November 2010 marked the opening of The New MFA. Designed by the world-renowned Foster and Partners architects, The New MFA comprises a new wing for Art of the Americas; renovated art of Europe galleries; improved conservation and education facilities;The Linde Family Wing devoted entirely to contemporary art; and a new, larger public space—the Ruth and Carl J. Shapiro Family Courtyard.

      The Chihuly Exhibit at the MFA was amazing! His glass creations were unlike anything I've ever seen. It's free with regular museum admission. Highly recommended!

      I saw this last week and I thought it was so great to have a whole section dedicated to music and how artists "see" music and create into a visual art piece. Also really liked the Madonna "karaoke"... Expand
