We do this by producing art exhibits, readings, performances, and special events; operating a retail gallery, exhibition and performance space in Salem's Artists Row; and by forging important community partnerships. The Salem Arts Association has been nominated two years in a row for the Salem Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award and was awarded the 2008 Artists of the Year Award from the Salem Cultural Council.
