What is ArtsBoston?

For more than 35 years, ArtsBoston has championed the local arts community by connecting people of every age and background with the cultural organizations that call Greater Boston home. Equally important, through innovative programs like ArtsBoston.org and BosTix ½ price ticketing that reach consumers both online and in person in Copley Square and Faneuil Hall Marketplace, area residents and visitors benefit from ArtsBoston’s commitment to keeping the arts accessible and affordable.
 

ArtsBoston serves more than 170 arts organizations in theatre, music, dance, visual arts, comedy, and family programs throughout Greater Boston by helping them grow audiences, providing strategic and capacity-building resources, and serving as a collective voice for the arts.
 

As a nonprofit, ArtsBoston is proud to reinvest all of its earnings back into Boston's arts community. By using ArtsBoston.org or purchasing 1/2 price tickets through BosTix, you are making a difference in helping to sustain and grow local cultural programming.

Started over 30 years ago, BosTix is a true Boston original. As an audience development program of ArtsBoston, BosTix ensures that the arts stay accessible to all audiences by offering 1/2 price and other exclusive, affordable tickets to theater, music, comedy and dance performances all over town.

2. IN PERSON day-of-show at our ticket booths located in Faneuil Hall Marketplace (on the Freedom Trail) and Copley Square.
