Emma Stapleton, Executive and Development Associate

Emma Stapleton (formerly Davis-Oeth) joined ArtsBoston as Executive and Development Associate in February 2011. This past spring, she completed her Master of Music degree in violoncello performance at the New England Conservatory. Her undergraduate performance studies began at the Eastman School of Music, and in 2008 she graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor degrees in both music performance and art history. An active performer, Emma has endorsed collaborative projects bringing the music of modern composers to a variety of venues, from Jordan Hall to the classrooms of public elementary schools. Her previous work experience has taken her through a three year Fellowship with the Aspen Music Festival and School, as well as staff experience working with local non-profit organizations such as the Boston New Music Initiative and the Discovery Ensemble.
