Jennifer Falk, Director of Marketing
Ms. Falk joined ArtsBoston in 2010 with close to15 years of marketing experience in both strategic planning and tactical program execution for ad agency and client-side brands. As the Director of Marketing, Jennifer oversees the program management and marketing of ArtsBoston.org, including strategic partnerships and community engagement, email and social media platforms, publicity, brand management, and marketing strategy for BosTix discount ticketing. She is a member of the ArtsBoston management team and serves on the Marketing Committee for MASSCreative, Massachusetts’ newly created advocacy organization for the nonprofit arts, humanities, and sciences.
Prior to her role at ArtsBoston, she most recently served as an Account Director at Holland-Mark, a leading Boston advertising firm providing integrated online and offline marketing and branding solutions to clients. Prior to her work at Holland-Mark, she served as a Senior Marketing Manager within the media and entertainment sector for Akamai Technologies; and as Director of Marketing for Sonicbids, an indie-spirited online music community that connects bands and music promoters to book festivals, clubs and music conferences globally.
Falk is an active member within the Greater Boston visual art community on a number of different levels including as an accomplished stained glass artist and photographer. She holds a B.S. in Business from Drexel University, is a graduate of the Boston Chamber of Commerce Future Leaders Program ('09), and earned an MBA from the Simmons School of Management.
