Boarding House Park

Boarding House park is a park located in downtown Lowell. It serves as an outdoor music venue that plays host to the Lowell Summer Music Series and the Lowell Folk Festival each summer. There are no reserved seating areas in the park, and concert seating is typically general admission, with blankets and beach chairs welcomed.

Boarding House Park is part of the famed Boott Mills complex, once the location of one of Lowell's industrial revolution-era cotton mills. The actual boarding house that sits behind the park is where the Lowell Mill Girls lived when they worked in the mills. Today, the restored building is home to UMass Lowell
