Paramount Theatre

Originally one of Boston's magnificent movie palaces, the Paramount Theatre (part of Emerson College) features a 500 seat theatre, a 200 seat cinema, eight rehearsal studios, six practice rooms for individuals and small group, a sound stage for film production and up to a dozen Emerson faculty and staff offices.

      On Point Live with Tom Ashbrook Paramount Theatre On Point Live with Tom Ashbrook Presented by WBUR 90.9 FM at Paramount Theatre June 14, 2012 On Point host Tom Ashbrook will speak with his special guest, Bill McKibben, noted author, educator and environmentalist. They’ll be talking about the Keystone Pipeline, of course, as well as fracking and the economics and politics of climate change. Purchase a ticket to the 7 p.m. show by donating $75 to WBUR. Or donate $175 to attend the special pre-show reception in The Paramount's Black Box Theater, with food, drinks and a chance to meet the staff of On Point.
