Comment on Facebook Firebeat Dancesport is a warm, contemporary, and spacious studio located on the third floor of an old firehouse. The studio hosts a 1000 SF sprung floor of Canadian hard maple and is free of beams and obstructions. We understand that a dancer’s most prized asset is his/her body, and at Firebeat we take pride in protecting our dancers’ bodies. Our sprung floors are springy and resilient -- making jumping easier and dancing less painful on the back and joints. This kiwiFLOORTM technology is used in major dance companies including the Moscow Ballet at the Kremlin in Russia.
