Highfield Hall

Highfield Hall is the magnificently restored 1878 home of the Beebe family, now transformed into the cultural and community hub of the greater Falmouth area.  Highfield Hall is in use for programs and activities year round, and is open to the public on a regular schedule from April - October. Admission is free of charge.

      02/26/12	Highfield Hall: Meet the Chefs: International Series Highfield Hall Highfield Hall: Meet the Chefs: International Series Presented by Highfield Hall at Highfield Hall February 26, 2012 Executive Chef Gert Rausch of the Aqua Grille Chef/Owner Gert Rausch joined the Zartarian family at the Aqua Grille in Sandwich in 1988, bringing with him 35 years of expertise gleaned from the diverse culinary cultures in which he has trained and worked. His cooking is influenced by the popular cuisines of Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Asia, Thailand, the Caribbean and the four corners of America.

Previously the award winning chef had owned Villagio, where his family’s old-style techniques were offered, along with today’s new and exciting Italian specialties.
