Ballet is not just for ballerinas – it’s for everyone. A healthy activity for the mind and body, ballet can help you tone and strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and develop fluid joint movement. Whether you’re new to ballet, or ready to pull out your dusty slippers from years ago, this class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge their body and their mind with basic ballet barre and center work broken down into easy-to-learn techniques. Ballet attire not necessary, just come ready to move! Leslie Bilosz has classical ballet training and has performed with the New York City, Palm Beach, and Eglesky Ballet companies and owns and operates Bay State Dance. Teens 14+ are welcome to all adult classes.
