Amplifying Voices: A Conversation with Leaders of Color in the Arts

Tuesday, February 20, 2018 | 6:00 - 8:00 pm | BCA Plaza Theatre | 539 Tremont Street | Boston RSVP HERE

Boston’s vibrant cultural landscape is made possible by leaders on a quest for change. Join the Network for Arts Administrators of Color as we hear from arts luminaries whose mission-driven work with underrepresented communities celebrates the stories and people within them. Learn about their triumphs, the challenges to overcome, and what these forerunners envision for the future of Boston. Amplifying Voices is the second in a series of three conversations shining a spotlight on people of color in arts leadership in Boston. Building on Paving the Way: A Conversation with leaders of Color in the Arts, held at the Pao Arts Center in December 2017, Amplifying Voices gets to the heart of why we do this work, the intentional communities we serve, and the great impact we provide to Boston’s cultural economy.
