We recently sat down with Boston Lyric Opera’s Artistic Director Nina Yoshida Nelsen to learn more about this season’s Rising Waters/Rising Voices initiative. Nina spoke with us about the development process for the anchor pieces in this initiative, The Seasons (March 12 – 16, 2025) and Noah’s Flood (May 3, 2025) and also shared learning outcomes for herself and her colleagues.
